Amplified Beauty is Epical HealthMed’s skin-focused IV infusion, combining high-dose glutathione, vitamin C, biotin, and collagen-supporting nutrients to promote radiant skin, stronger hair and nails, and a visible reduction in oxidative skin aging. By delivering these nutrients at plasma concentrations impossible to achieve orally, Amplified Beauty works from the inside out—supporting the biological processes that create healthy, luminous skin.
Quick answers
What does Amplified Beauty...
What does Amplified Beauty do for skin? It delivers glutathione and vitamin C at concentrations that inhibit melanin overproduction, reduce oxidative skin damage, and stimulate collagen synthesis—resulting in brighter, firmer skin.
How many sessions for...
How many sessions for visible results? Most patients notice visible skin luminosity improvement after 3–4 sessions. Hair and nail strength typically improves over 6–8 sessions.
Is glutathione safe for...
Is glutathione safe for skin whitening? At therapeutic doses administered by a physician, IV glutathione is generally safe. We screen for contraindications and use pharmaceutical-grade preparations.
How long is each session? 45–60 minutes.
The science of skin from the inside out
Skin health is determined by collagen integrity, melanin balance, oxidative stress levels, and cellular hydration—all of which are influenced by micronutrient status. Topical products act only at the skin surface; IV therapy delivers active nutrients to the dermal layer and beyond, where collagen is actually synthesised and melanin is produced.
Expected cosmetic benefits
- Skin brightening: reduced melanin production leads to more even, radiant skin tone—visible typically after 3–6 sessions
- Collagen support: vitamin C's role in collagen cross-linking improves skin firmness and reduces fine line depth over a series of treatments
- Hair and nail strength: biotin and zinc support keratin production, reducing breakage in hair and brittleness in nails
- Reduced acne and blemishes: zinc's sebum-regulating and anti-inflammatory effects help reduce breakout frequency
- Liver detox glow: glutathione-supported liver detox reduces the accumulation of compounds that cause dull, congested, or yellowish skin

Expected cosmetic benefits
Glutathione (1200–2400mg)
the body's master antioxidant—at high concentrations it inhibits tyrosinase (the enzyme that produces melanin), reduces lipid peroxidation in skin cells, and supports liver detox that indirectly benefits skin clarity
Vitamin C (10–15g)
essential for hydroxylation of proline and lysine in collagen synthesis; also a tyrosinase inhibitor that works synergistically with glutathione; protects existing collagen from UV-induced oxidation
Biotin (B7, 10mg)
essential for keratin biosynthesis—the structural protein of hair, skin, and nails; IV biotin bypasses the gut absorption limitations that reduce oral biotin effectiveness
Zinc
key for wound healing, sebum regulation, and protection against UV damage; zinc deficiency is associated with acne, slow wound healing, and hair thinning
Selenium
cofactor for glutathione peroxidase enzymes; protects dermal cells from oxidative damage and supports thyroid function (which regulates hair growth)
Safety and realistic expectations
Amplified Beauty produces gradual cosmetic improvement—it is not an instant transformation. Results are cumulative and best maintained with monthly sessions after an initial series. Patients with G6PD deficiency cannot receive high-dose vitamin C. Patients on certain medications metabolised by the liver should disclose this, as glutathione can affect cytochrome P450 activity.
Beauty plans, boosters, and optional continuity features
Skin and beauty pages usually convert better when they present realistic expectations, compatible boosters, and an easy way to continue treatment over time.
Educational content only. This page does not replace individualized medical advice. Always consult your clinician for diagnosis and treatment decisions.
- Skin-focused treatment summary: spotlight complexion, glow, texture, and hair-and-nail support in plain language
- Before-and-after expectations: optional modules can explain what improves quickly versus what builds over a treatment series
- Add-on boosters: allow clinic staff to pair glutathione or other boosters with the base beauty drip
- Subscription plans: optional recurring plans can support monthly maintenance for patients who want continuity

Frequently Asked Questions
Is IV glutathione legal and medically approved?
IV glutathione is a legal and commonly used compound in the United States as a wellness and antioxidant therapy. It is not FDA-approved as a drug for skin brightening—it is used as a physician-prescribed compounded preparation. We use pharmaceutical-grade glutathione and administer it under physician oversight.
How is this different from skin-brightening creams and serums?
Topical vitamin C and glutathione serums cannot penetrate far enough into the dermis to affect melanin production at the source. IV delivery reaches the melanocytes directly via the bloodstream, producing systemic effects that topical products—regardless of concentration or formulation—cannot replicate.
Will my skin go back to its original colour if I stop?
Glutathione’s effect on melanin is maintained while you continue treatment. If you stop, melanin production gradually returns to baseline over several months. This is similar to how oral brightening supplements work. Vitamin C’s collagen-stimulating effects are longer-lasting, as newly synthesised collagen persists.
Can Amplified Beauty help with melasma?
Melasma is driven by hormonal and UV factors, and is one of the more resistant hyperpigmentation conditions. IV glutathione and vitamin C can reduce existing melanin unevenness over time, but melasma requires a comprehensive approach including sun protection, topical hydroquinone or alternatives, and hormonal assessment alongside IV therapy for best results.
Is this suitable for all skin tones?
Yes. While the brightening effect is more visible in medium and darker skin tones (due to higher baseline melanin), Amplified Beauty benefits patients of all skin tones through collagen support, oxidative protection, and improved skin texture that is universal regardless of pigmentation.
Can I combine Amplified Beauty with aesthetic treatments?
Yes. Many patients combine Amplified Beauty with PRP facials, microneedling, or photorejuvenation for synergistic results. IV nutrients support tissue repair and collagen synthesis that these procedures stimulate. Discuss scheduling and sequencing with your clinician.
Does biotin in the IV cause acne?
Oral high-dose biotin has been associated with acne flare-ups in some individuals because it competes with pantothenic acid (B5) absorption. IV delivery does not have this interaction because nutrients are delivered directly to tissues without competing for gut transport. IV biotin does not cause the acne breakouts sometimes associated with oral biotin supplements.
How does this compare to collagen IV drips I've seen advertised online?
Collagen is a protein that cannot cross the gut wall intact and would not survive IV infusion in a form functional at target tissues. What actually stimulates collagen production is vitamin C—and Amplified Beauty delivers this at 10–15g IV, far exceeding what any topical or oral collagen supplement can provide. Collagen peptide supplements have some benefit orally, but IV vitamin C is the more evidence-based collagen-supporting intervention.
